Description

Our SEPP-Manufaktur organic Kaminwurzen 💚 are made from organic pork. For preparation, they are filled into edible casings, lightly smoked, and matured for at least 2 weeks. Afterwards, they are washed, dried, and packaged.

The focus is on organic farming with organic rearing and species-appropriate husbandry, so that the animals can live out their natural behaviors.

Serving suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" (cold platter) with cheese, bread and gherkins, or for a picnic while hiking with a mountain panorama.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork*, salt, spices*, dextrose*, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; herbs*, preservative: sodium nitrite; edible sausage casing made from pork collagen.
For 100g of finished product, 176g of pork** were used.

Storage
Vacuum-packed, do not damage packaging. Store in a cool place, max. 22 degrees
