Description

Among the various SEPP–Manufaktur organic specialties, the organic garlic salami 💚 stands out for its strong taste. The organic garlic salami has a strong but pleasant aroma, with the garlic notes by no means becoming overpowering. Thus, this spicy sausage also appeals to more sensitive palates. A real treat for all sausage lovers.

Serving suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" with cheese, bread and gherkins, or for a picnic while hiking with mountain views.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Organic pork*, salt, organic spices (0.2% organic garlic)*, organic dextrose*, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; organic herbs, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of finished product, 166g of organic pork** were used.

Storage
Vacuum-packed, do not damage the packaging. Store in a cool place max. 22 degrees
