Our SEPP'Manufaktur®- Organic South Tyrolean Speck PGI 💚 is characterized by the use of high-quality selected raw materials, which are further processed using artisanal and sustainable methods.
The Organic South Tyrolean Speck PGI is our masterpiece. Due to the low salt content (no curing salt/nitrite), we meet the increased health demands of our society. The processing is done according to a traditional family recipe. The speck is smoked in mild, light cold smoke from beech wood and aged for at least 22 weeks.
