The SEPP'Manufaktur - Brotklee Salami tastes like a Vinschger Paarlbrot, but without the bread. :) Of course, it's the same herbs. Simply GENIUS! Herbs are a popular natural seasoning for almost any dish. Our SEPP'Manufaktur - Brotklee Salami is made from pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal), filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 5 weeks. Afterwards, the Brotklee Salami is washed and the artificial casing is removed. Then it is coated with the Brotklee mixture and packed.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal)*, salt, flavorings, spice extract, 0.3% Brotklee**, dextrose, saccharose, edible gelatin (pork)**, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. For 100g of finished product, 162g of pork were used.
