Our SEPP'Manufaktur® - Deer Kaminwurzen are made from pork (Volcanic Pork / AMA Seal of Quality) and venison (Wild).

For a long time, the deer Kaminwurzen have been recognized as a South Tyrolean specialty, as they are cold-smoked and ripen for several weeks. The leaner venison is considered a delicacy.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Volcanic Pork / AMA Seal of Quality)*, Venison (Wild), Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Natural flavors, Antioxidants: Ascorbic acid, Sodium ascorbate; Preservative: Sodium nitrite.
For 100g of finished product, the following were used: 138g pork, 39g venison.

Nutritional values / 100g: 1727kJ / 411kcal; Fat content: 31.3g, of which saturated: 12.2g; Carbohydrates: 0.9g, of which sugar: 0.8g; Protein: 31.5g; Salt: 3.7g;
