Description

The SEPP-Manufaktur - Herb Salami tastes fresh and aromatic. Simply delicious. Herbs are a popular natural seasoning for almost any dish. Our SEPP-Manufaktur - Herb Salami is made from pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA Quality Seal), filled into artificial casings, and air-dried for at least 4 weeks. Afterwards, the herb salami is washed and the artificial casing is removed. Then it is coated with a herb mixture and packaged.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA Quality Seal)*, salt, flavour extracts, spice extract, herbs 0.3%*, edible gelatin (pork)**, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: sodium diacetate; thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. For 100g of finished product, 162g of pork were used.
