Description

SEPP'Manufaktur®-Herb Cured Ham is made from pork hind leg (Volcano Pork / AMA Quality Seal) and traditionally dry-cured with salt and natural spices for about 10 days in the mountain air, lightly smoked, and aged for at least 6 months. After aging, this specialty is washed, dried, and coated with fragrant South Tyrolean mountain herbs.

Serving suggestion

The ham tastes best when sliced as thinly as possible against the grain, as this gives it the right bite.
