Description
SEPP-Manufaktur®- Herbed bacon is made from pork - ham (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal), traditionally dry-cured with salt and natural spices for approx. 10 days in mountain air, lightly smoked, and matured for at least 6 months. After ripening, the product is washed, dried, and coated with fragrant South Tyrolean mountain herbs.

Serving Suggestion
The bacon tastes best when sliced as thinly as possible against the grain, as this gives it the right bite.
