If you like pepper, you'll love this salami!
Our SEPP-Manufaktur® Pepper Salami is made from pork (Volcanic Land Pig / AMA Seal of Quality), filled into artificial casings, and air-dried for at least 5 weeks. Afterwards, the pepper salami is washed and the artificial casing is removed. Finally, the salami is lovingly coated with peppercorns and packaged.

Serving Suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" (snack board) with cheese, bread and gherkins or for a picnic while hiking with mountain panorama.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Volcanic Land Pig / AMA Seal of Quality)*, salt, flavour extracts, spice extract, pepper 0.3%**, edible gelatin (pork), dextrose, saccharose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: sodium diacetate; thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
For 100g of finished product, 162g of pork were used.
