Description

Pure beef, full of flavour! Our SEPP' beef salami made from first-class beef is refined with our family's own spice blend and gently processed. It is cured according to traditional methods to enhance, rather than mask, its natural aroma and strong beef flavour. During curing, the raw salami develops its authentic taste.

Serving suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" (snack board) with cheese, bread and gherkins, or for a picnic while hiking with a mountain panorama.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Beef, salt, natural flavourings, dextrose, flavouring extract, spice extract, sucrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. For 100g of finished product, 163g of beef were used.

Nutritional values/100g: 1124kJ / 267kcal; Fat content: 13.1g, Of which saturated: 5.2g; Carbohydrates: 2.3g, of which sugar: 0.9g; Protein: 33.3g; Salt: 4.8g;
