Description

Our SEPP-Manufaktur®- Wild Boar Salami consists of 20% wild boar meat and the rest of pork (Volcanic Land Pork / AMA Quality Seal), is filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 5 weeks. The high proportion of wild boar meat in this salami makes it an ideal specialty for all who love the intense aroma of wild game. The pork also makes it juicy.

Serving suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" (snack board) with cheese, bread and gherkins or for a picnic during a hike with mountain panorama.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Volcanic Land Pork / AMA Quality Seal)*, wild boar meat (Wild), salt, spices, dextrose, flavorings, seasoning (corn-based), natural flavorings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; spice extract, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of finished product, 129g pork and 35g wild boar meat were used.
