The bacon can be stored well, unwrapped and wrapped in the bacon cloth, in a cool place or in the refrigerator. The bacon should not be placed next to foods with a strong odor.
In vacuum packaging, the bacon will keep for several months in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator without losing quality. However, it is important to remove the vacuum packaging at least one hour before enjoying the bacon: The bacon needs to breathe at room temperature so that it can develop its full aroma.
