Description

Our SEPP-Manufaktur® Porcini Salami is made from pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA Quality Seal), filled into artificial casings, and air-dried for at least 5 weeks. The porcini mushrooms give the salami its unique flavor.

Serving Suggestion

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA Quality Seal)*, salt, flavor extracts, spice extract, porcini mushrooms 1.0%, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. For 100g of finished product, 162g of pork were used.
