Our SEPP'Truffle Salami is something very special for refined palates who appreciate tradition. The truffle salami is filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 5 weeks.

Serving suggestion

As a classic Brettlmarende with cheese, bread and gherkins or for a picnic while hiking with a mountain panorama.

The artificial casing should be removed before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Volcano Pork / AMA Quality Seal)*, salt, flavour extracts, spice extract, truffle 0.9%, flavouring, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
164g of pork were used for 100g of finished product
