Description

The fine-grained SEPP-Manufaktur organic salami 💚 is made exclusively from the best organic meat and only lightly seasoned to preserve the full flavour of the quality meat.

The organic quality is characterised by the use of high-quality, selected raw materials, which are processed in a traditional and sustainable way.

Serving Suggestion

As a classic Brettlmarende with cheese, bread and gherkins, or for a picnic with mountain views while hiking.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Organic pork*, salt, organic spices*, organic dextrose*, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; organic herbs*, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of finished product, 161g of organic pork** were used.
