Description

SEPP'Manufaktur - Spicy Organic Salami 💚 tastes spicy and aromatic. The finely ground pork salami is made exclusively from the best organic meat and only lightly seasoned to preserve the full flavor of the quality meat. It is air-dried for at least 5 weeks.

Serving Suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" (snack board) with cheese, bread and pickles, or for a picnic while hiking with mountain views.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Organic pork*, salt, organic spices*, organic dextrose*, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; organic herbs*, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of finished product, 166g of organic pork** were used.

Storage
Vacuum-packed, do not damage packaging. Store in a cool place, max. 22 degrees
