Description

This delicately aromatic specialty, SEPP's Kaiserstückl, is made from pork loin and traditionally dry-cured with salt and natural spices, lightly smoked, and aged for approx. 10 weeks. After aging, the Kaiserstückl is washed, dried, and packaged. The Kaiserstückl is characterized by a reddish-brown, dry surface and a strong, intense red meat inside, with no visible fat.

Serving suggestion

We recommend slicing the SEPP's Kaiserstückl very thinly (similar to “carpaccio”) and garnishing it with Parmesan, rocket, olive oil and possibly balsamic vinegar.
