Description

With the traditional SEPP-Manufaktur Kaminwurzen, great care is taken with the proportion of meat/fat and the spices. This has resulted in a uniquely delicate mixture, which we are 100% convinced of. The SEPP-Manufaktur Kaminwurzen are aromatic, subtly spiced, and gently smoked. For their production, pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal) is filled into natural casings, smoked, and air-dried for approx. 2 weeks.

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal)*, salt, dextrose, spices, sugar, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: potassium nitrate; edible sausage casing made from pork collagen. 100g of finished product are made from 177g of pork.
