Description

SEPP'Manufaktur®- Herb Bacon Premium is made from pork - ham (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA Quality Seal) and traditionally dry-cured for approx. 10 days in mountain air with salt and natural spices, lightly smoked and matured for at least 6 months. After ripening, the specialty is washed, dried, and coated with fragrant South Tyrolean mountain herbs.

Serving suggestion

The bacon tastes best when sliced as thinly as possible against the grain, as this is how it gets the right bite.
