Description

SEPP-Manufaktur®- Herb Bacon is made from pork - ham (Volcano Pig / AMA Quality Seal) and traditionally dry-cured with salt and natural spices for approx. 10 days in mountain air, lightly smoked, and aged for at least 6 months. After aging, the product is washed, dried, and coated with fragrant South Tyrolean mountain herbs.

Serving Suggestion

The bacon tastes best when sliced as thinly as possible against the grain, as this gives it the right bite.
