As a classic "Brettlmarende" (wooden board snack) with cheese, bread and gherkins or for a picnic during a hike with a mountain panorama.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA Quality Seal)*, salt, flavour extracts, dextrose, sucrose, peperoncino 0.2%, natural flavours, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservative: potassium nitrate.
163g of pork were used for 100g of finished product.
