Description

Our SEPP'Manufaktur® Pistachio and Walnut Salami is made from pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal). It is filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 5 weeks. The combination of walnuts and pistachios gives the salami a nutty, crunchy taste.

Serving suggestion

As a classic Brettlmarende (South Tyrolean platter) with cheese, bread and gherkins, or for a picnic while hiking with a mountain panorama.

The artificial casing is removed before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal)*, salt, spices (2.0% walnuts, 0.7% pistachios), dextrose, flavourings, seasoning (corn base), antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; spice extract, preservative: sodium nitrite. For 100g of finished product, 160g of pork were used.
