SEPP' Smoked Beef - High Protein & Extra Lean

Description

Smoked beef is very similar to Bündnerfleisch and is also known in Italy as Bresaola. It is salted, air-dried, and very lightly smoked with beech wood. This gives it its fine, spicy aroma and a uniquely melting consistency on the palate. The ideal specialty from the SEPP manufactory for the calorie-conscious connoisseur, as smoked beef is very low in fat.

Serving suggestion

Smoked beef, in thinly sliced pieces, pairs perfectly with rocket and Parmesan, refined with a hint of olive oil or a few subtle drops of apple vinegar. A delight also as a small meal or as a party snack, with Parmesan cubes, olives, and Schüttelbrot.
