Description

Our SEPP-Manufaktur®- Salami with Deer consists of 20% venison (wild game) and the rest pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal) and is filled into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 5 weeks. The strong game aroma of the venison combined with the juiciness of the pork: every slice is a delight!

Serving Suggestion

As a classic "Brettlmarende" (snack board) with cheese, bread and pickled gherkins or for a picnic during a hike with mountain panorama.

The artificial casing is to be removed before consumption.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal)*, venison (wild game), salt, spices, dextrose, flavorings, seasoning (corn-based), natural flavorings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; spice extract, preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of final product, 129g pork and 35g venison were used.
